Halo 4 vs Cod

Halo 4 is coming out nov 6th
Cod 9 black ops 2 is coming out nov 13th
Which side will you be on??

cough cough

First of all, Halo 4 comes out on November 6th, not the 9th. Second, I’m on both sides, but I’m more leaniant towards Halo 4.

I’m pretty sure my answer is fairly obvious if Im posting this in a HALO forum site…

lol 9th.

Two Call of Duty games coming out within days of each other? I guess it’s up to if you like Spec Ops or Zombies better.

Always have been in line for a halo game

Never have been in line for a call of duty game

Halo has a vast, rich, compelling universe.

Call of duty is a weak shoot me up with short bursts of fun here and there.

Honestly, the ONLY reason I would ever consider playing black ops 2, is for the zombies. I freaking loved the black ops zombies, had a blast! That’s about it.

Halo? I can do anything in halo with a much larger community that shares those feelings with me. Me and my buddies have fun in halo, even if it’s just running around exploring maps, looking for new nooks and crannies, and enjoying the scenery. Staring at each others brand new armor, and playing with forge making really cool maps!

Call of duty? Zombies. Mindless shooter, corner camping, I win.

Halo? Let me tell ya, no game has ever made me feel the way halo does! Ever!

Halo till the end!

…Are you honestly comparing 2 seperate things that arent related to each other whatsoever?

Not funny.

HaHaHa

I guess it just depends on weather or not you want a new game or mw3 with new textures and a slightly diffrent russia vs the world campaign

November 6th not 9th. I am currently all for Halo 4 as CoD has not been going in the right direction lately. Each games is like an add-on of the previous. They are not bringing some changes and the game is noob-friendly.

Everything CoD has, Battlefield does it better. And in some cases, so does Halo. Add to that, it’s once again coming out only one year after the previous mainstream title. It’s like the developers are just slightly modifying each game to release a new one and gain a lot of money purely on brand value.

Honestly, I am done with CoD until they start improving because the series as a whole is approaching it’s death. Halo 4 on the other hand looks extremely promising from the few reviews and clips we have seen and many new features are being introduced.

> cough cough

Hmmmm i was not aware.
I would remove this but i think only a mod can do that.

CoD has nothing to do with Halo. This is a Halo forum, so please stop making these threads or post them in the general section.

Shoo, forum cop, shoo!

OnTopic: I’ll be buying both Halo 4 and Call of Duty: Black Ops II. I like both series. I’m not some blind fanperson that hates other game simply because it’s competition.

Yes it does.
CoD is halos number one foe.
And its being released one week after halo 4.
Which means halo 4 will most likely lose more than 50% of its multiplayer community within one week of release.

I’m not a blind fanperson.
I hate CoD because it has so many blind fanpersons that will buy it no matter how much it sucks/is exactly the same as the last 8 games.

LOL 50%!!! Nice random number, but hate to burst your bubble, you have a 99.91278952735876% chance of being wrong.

Not likely, all games loose a big portion of their players just after release, and so will Halo when CoD is released, however when people get fed up with CoD they’ll probably get back to Halo again, and play all new Spartan Ops mission and such.
Not to mention I can’t phantom that 50% of the players will get CoD, the games sell just about the same on 360, sure, but they do not attract the same players. Those in doubt will buy both, kids buy CoD and teens/adult get Halo.

HaHaHa Probably not 50% but it will lose a large amount of its population

That’s what you make of it. Anyways these forums are more about CoD than about Halo now, that’s why I’m a bit annoyed. It seems to me that the people are creating this whole ‘CoD issue’ themselves.

OT: I personally like Halo better, but it remains to be seen which will be the most played. And honestly, I don’t care.
