so if the halo 4 game isnt out yet, who is doing all of these game videos of halo 4, people that work for 343 industries, or people they have given the game to early?
Um… I don’t know what to say… 343 lets out some gameplay, some people play it at events like e3 and record it, and some people like MLG get to play it early for publicity.
People were able to play the game early at E3, San Diego Comic Con, and Rooster Teeth Expo. Videos were recorded from there.
different organisations pay to put the game on a capture card so that they can ensure the best video quality that they can. but other people are allowed to record the game but they dont not get the best quality.

Well MLG was able to record some gameplay at E3, and other people attending E3, RTX, and SDCC record gameplay for people.
They have E3 ( Electronic Entertainment Expo), RTX (Rooster Teeth Expo), SDCC (San Diego Comic Con), all there are public video game events that 343I attends and offer snippets of gameplay and allow people to play it.
