According to mmomfg and and nixelpixel we very well might have the innovation of bots in Halo 4 from a programmer/developer with a specailised skill in creating bots? Here is some evidence supporting their claim!
If anything I really do think there will be bots in Halo 4 now, and that being a great thing (:
