The action figures are game info. They are finalized characters from the game. Finalized Chief, Cortana, and who knows what else. A Forerunner? Weapons? New vehicles?

I prefer real ingame pictures over some action figures … for me Halo is still mainly a gaming franchise
I don’t see why he would be calling it a “big announcement” if it’s just gonna be MC, Cortana and the hog so i’m thinking we might get a look at a new weapon, vehicle or enemy.
