Hello, I was wondering whether anyone has had the same problem with their xbox console or could offer some advice. As soon as I started halo 4 an update notification came up. I downloaded the update and as soon as it finished and it got to the title screen the xbox froze. I turned it off and back on only to find the 3 red rings yet the disk tray still opens and the powerbrick light is green. I have the xbox 360 60GB model and I think the update has messed the console up. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
