Well things have gotten a little clearer. The story on the front page regarding the Halo action figures says the game will release in Fall this year. That’s a slight step up from Holiday 2012. This means September, October or November are the possible months. Halo games have a tradition of being released in either September or November and I’m thinking this wont be any different.
The first set of figures is are releasing in August so that they’ll be there for the game’s launch. Maybe I’m reading too much into this but I’m thinking September is the month we’ll be seeing Halo 4, that is just speculation though.
Considering they said fall for Halo 3, ODST, and Reach and we got all those in September, I don’t think it really confirms anything, if anything I think it will come out in September because the first set of figures are coming out in August, just like with Reach.

In my opinion, this community doesn’t deserve any leaked media on Halo 4.
On another personal note, we need more AAA titles releasing in the summer. I know it doesn’t really apply to Halo since it’s always been a September/ Autumn release title, but it seems that the holidays get saturated with video games more and more every year.
I’m not so sure. Yes it will be released this year. However, I’m thinking that while STUFF about it will be released in the Fall, the game it self may Not be released until the Holiday season comes around again. Yes it states the Halo 4 series to be released Fall 2012, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that Halo 4 The Game will be released then.

Yeah I skipped the first sentence. I saw fall mentioned later but in reference to when the toys come out so… yeah. I assumed you meant that. Lol.

Big deal. We got the Concept art glimpse less than 2 months after Halo 4 was announced. We have numerous story hints through Glasslands, Primordium and CEA. Just because they did things one way for one game, doesn’t mean it has to be the same for the next. The lead up to Halo 2 was different Halo CE, the lead up to Halo 3 was different to Halo 2, the lead up to Reach was different to Halo 3, the lead up to Halo 4 is different to Reach and the lead up to Halo 5 will be different to Halo 5.

i dont count the concept arts trailer as a trailer… it was pointless. 343 needs to wake up. February should be the month where we can get some first ingame screens and more. its about time.

Doesn’t really matter if you count it or not. It’s there, it’s official. Though I do agree with you about February, I think we’ll see something by the end of that month.
