In my perspective i think there should be a Halo 4 Legendary Edition. It is a little disapointing that there is not going to be a Legendary Editon. The limited editon does look grest ,but would have wanted a Legendary Edition. I think that every Halo game that was made was great to play. When i found out that Halo Reach was coming out i wanted to get the legendary edition but never bought it. I was going to buy a legendary editon for Halo 4 if they were going to have it, but the limited edition still looks great. I was going to buy a legendary edition Halo 4 if they did have one because it is a turning point for the Halo video game franchise.

I am convinced that Halo 5 will have a Legendary Edition.
The outlay required to implement a Legendary edition is enormous. And it can only be justified on the basis of a game prior to it being hugely successful. I’m not saying Reach wasn’t a financial success, however. As this is the start of a new trilogy, it makes sense to test the waters from a financial perspective to limit it to two editions - think about it, the vast majority of us don’t really know what’s in store. I see Halo 4 being hugely popular, a blockbuster that millions will pay over the next two to three years. So I think based on this popularity, demand will be guaranteed for a Legendary edition come Halo 5.
In conclusion, “build it and they will come” does not apply to Legendary editions as people can’t be convinced that they will want Legendary at the start of a NEW trilogy.

There is no need for a Legendary edition, it’s often very expensive, bulky and hence expensive to ship and bad for the environment. standard and Limited is more then enough, you can always spend 50$ on a Halo 4 figure or something and get a unique “edition” by yourself.
