its just a recreation of one of the songs used in the background in the video “working for 343” so it could or could not be the theme but it isn’t the actual official theme

Actually, it looks like the original youtube user that actually created it is kash117 going by the details of the video that Tridyrium placed. And this guy has done more than just this song as a recreation.
Oddly, his has minimal views, along with his other uploads. I for one am now subscribed to a new channel. Thanks, OP.
