Halo 3 had the best theatre mode where it saved temporarily for a while a bunch of your previous games in case you wanted to save one to your file share.
Halo Reach theatre then didn’t save temporary much. If you left the game all files gone.
Halo 4 just has your last game there, if u don’t quickly put it on your File Share its GONE!
Wow really? Just the last game? That’s limited… sigh another downgrade. 343 improved a lot of things but they also downgraded a lot too…
this is not the case. however you need to access your local files form the multiplayer menu not the theatre mode.
I did and all it says is Empty
Press in right stick or something. It saves plenty of games.

I also wish I could see First Person View while I’ switch to another player, 3rd person stinks and looks weird.

How in the world do you go back to First person view when ur viewing in 3rd person? I’ve pressed Y a million times and nothing.
Another disappointment when the game came out yesterday. Only map and gameplay it saved was when I was in Forge on Vortex exploring around and trying out the vehicles before going to Campaign. They never saved Spartan Ops missions I was playing on nor Campaign. Maybe in the next update like they promised, they will fix Theater. For now Halo 3 and Reach’s are by far better.
A ton of disappointments in this game. Theater mode not recording campaign is one of the biggest of all time.
And then there’s Spartan Ops. A mode you can only play online and poor poor replacement for the awesome Firefight which they bizarrely dumped. It’s like Ubisoft and Ghost Recon Future Soldier all over again.
Seriously, why break something that had a great formula? Ridiculous.
