I have found all of the terminals in Halo 4.
I have the achievement Terminus: Found all of the Terminals in the Campaign.
Yet I only have 4/7 terminals unlocked on Halo Waypoint.
Anyone else experiencing this? Will this be fixed?

Are you sure that you found all the terminals while connected to Xbox Live? This may have something to do with it. However, I believe that it is a minor syncing error that will most likely resolve itself in the coming week. Continuing to play Halo 4 and further syncing the stats should fix it, and if not, the terminals will most likely be unlockable for you in online solo play. If you find that the terminals cannot be reunlocked on your own, either play with a friend who has not unlocked them all or creat an XBL Silver account to relock the terminals.
