Hi, I have unlocked all the Halo 4 terminal videos and when I logged in to waypoint on my xbox to watch them, I cant even find them. If I hit classified it doesn’t even show up. How do I access them again? why are they gone?
The Halo 4 terminal vids are not under the classified section. They are under the campaign section in your Halo 4 Service Record on both the Xbox and here.
thats the thing, it doesnt give me my service record or anything on the xbox 360, it just gives me the main videos like what waypoint is and the trailors for anniversary and stuff like that

That sounds like the Silver Experience, for accounts that are not Gold accounts. Silver accounts do not have access to Waypoint Career, articles, and so on in the Xbox app.
it worked before when i didnt have a gold account.
I’m having the exact same problem. I am a Silver member and until yesterday was able to access all the videos I had unlocked for Halo Anniversary and Halo 4. As of today, when I go to the classified section it shows 0 of 14 unlocked.
Just to double check, I looked at my achievements for both games and I still have the ones you get for finding your first terminal in both Halo Ann. and Halo 4.
What’s the problem here??
I have a gold account and all mt terminal videos are gone too.
I unlocked them all and watched them all, but when I went to show my son they were nowhere in Waypoint to be found.
I can’t access any of the videos anywhere on Halo Waypoint. None of my platforms to access it have them, they’re not appearing on my 360, PC, or smartphone. I’m also an XBL Gold member so I don’t think it has anything to do with Gold/Silver accounts.
I tried to watch all the videos I had unlocked and found nothing at waypoint. Any option selected in career just crashes the system.
I have 2 copies of the came, in 2 different languages. as I used the second copy for the first time, the videos were gone.
After tirelessly searching, I have found the Terminal Videos! Go to Halowaypoint.com ------> Career -------> Halo 4 Stats -------> Campaign (Tabs on the left) ------> Domain Terminals (To your Right) and there you have it! They haven’t been taken off, just moved and renamed I think lol.
Still would be cool to watch it on my TV on the Waypoint app…

The only way I’ve found to watch the Domain videos on the Xbox waypoint is:
Every time you find a new terminal in the game, the next time you start up Waypoint it’ll pop up a message saying something like ‘congratulations you’ve locked another domain video’ and after you click ok, it will take you to a menu with all the domain videos.
This only happens each time you unlock a new video, otherwise there does not seem to be a way to get to the videos.
343: Guys, I love your game, and I’m probably one of the few people who play the Halo games primarily for the setting and story…so these videos are really important to me. It’s already not ideal that I have to go outside the game itself to get background info that enriches my experience but ok, I can live with the Waypoint thing but please get this thing to work properly!
Agreed, that was extremely bad to the fans to have the Terminal videos only be accessible via Waypoint. They should be available to view in-game, like the ones from Halo: Anniversary. Perhaps you can patch the game to enable this.
Just as a heads-up, I’ve been a fan of Halo and Bungie since Marathon circa 1994, before Halo was even announced. I play for the story. 343 studios dd a great job following in Bungie’s footsteps. Would love to see this problem fixed.
I have the same problem…I used to really enjoy looking through all the cool stuff on Waypoint and have never had XBOX LIVE GOLD as I never get time to play online…then after being forced to update Waypoint, I now see Microsoft have removed ALL the access to unlocked terminal videos, universe, technology, characters, backgrounds, everything cool…now all I’m left with are two useless boxes, one showing old movies and trailers and the other promoting LIVE GOLD. I cannot get access to my HALO 4 terminal videos…this is so frustrating and really a big screw up by 343. This seriously needs to be sorted. If this is a way to FORCE people to get GOLD, I wont be one of them, will rather see the terminals again on youtube. I take it there is a way to access ones unlocked terminal videos on their PC instead??? MS needs to sort this out and stop this nonsense…it kinda dents HALO’s reputation.
You can still access the Terminal videos via the Waypoint Xbox App.
All you have to do is click on the panel showing your spartan. It will take you to your service record. From there, look to the right and you will see the Campaign tab, click on that. Once that comes up, look to the left and there will be a section with all the Terminal videos. Hope that helps.
Thanks Frosty but all I get on my 360 Waypoint is two boxes, one showing 5 old videos and the smaller box below showing a GOLD advert. It seems 343/MS want me to upgrade to GOLD in order to make Waypoint work again so I can access all the stuff. I think it’s an utter rip-off as Waypoint worked fine on LIVE SILVER before HALO 4 was released, then MS FORCED me to download a Waypoint update (‘download or disconnect from LIVE’ was the message)…now it still launches but all it’s features are all shut off. YET, Halo Waypoint works just fine on my PC. It doesn’t make any sense. I even wiped it off my 360 HDD then re-installed it but it still doesnt work other than the two stupid video boxes. Also, I am trying to figure out where the heck the Forward Unto Dawn 90 minute movie is which is supposed to have come with my Limited Edition Box Set. I think 343 have really messed the extra content up by forcing you access it online. It’s so infuriating!
Its frustrating that 343i hasn’t addressed this topic yet, espacially since this is the way to “contact us”. I unlocked all of the terminals yesterday offline and when I go into waypoint it acts like its getting my information and then everything is still locked both in the “Classified” portion as well as the campaign portion. Pleae 343 i love Halo BUT pert of it is being able to unlock everything on Waypoint. Please resond to this thread, im sure more people are having this issue but just dont care enough to come on here and post.
