HALO 4 SUCKS!!!

Okay as you read by the cover, I am only stating my personal opinion. So to start off would be of course the gameplay, because the gameplay really matters in the Halo Universe like any other game out there. They gameplay in Halo 4 was nothing like any other halo I played in my life, it was very annoying constantly getting pownd by people with there “custom class’s” which really ticked me off because back in Halo Reach, the multiplier was fair to all people considering you all had the same options to choose from, besides Halo 4 (343 Industries)being a copy cat of Call of Duty with nearly the same controls was really fricken annoying when it came to “T bagging” noobs. The next part would be the maps. The maps were all to basic and very boring when it came to the multiplayer. I was expecting the maps to blow my mind but then again, constantly playing the same map over and over again, only having to choose from 8 to 9 maps in multiplier. The maps also seemed very small and my friends and I were starting to notice the maps were all closed up and not as fun like hemerage in Halo Reach or bone yard also from Halo reach. Also one thing they (343) removed was one of my all time favourite multiplier gametypes which was Invasion. With a side of a few more game types like; Team objective, Juggernaut, Race, Invasion, team doubles, The Arena, Multi Teams, MLG, FIREFIGHT!!! etc…So if you have been playing halo sense 2001 you remember all the memorable moments of the great soundtrack playing in the back round like Halo 1 and 2’s called “Halo” which got me attracted to the series instantly, unlike halo 4’s s***y soundtrack which did not sound as good as Halo 2’s or Halo CE’s.

The main part I did not like at all was the story; the campaign was just F***ING AWFULL IN HALO 4, Master Chief talked way to much, he actually talked more than he did in Halo CE, Halo 2, and Halo 3 COMBINED, I just wanted him to shut up but also listen at the same time. Another thing was during the campaign, I was so lost in what was going on, flying a space shuttle through a massive ship. (STAR WARS EPISODE 4 AND 6!!), the stupid 3 person screenshots of master chief doing these silly things for example on the first mission were you had to fix the rocket trigger. A few more things would be simply no hornet or falcon?!?!? WHAT!!! I was REALLY upset with the fact you could only fly a banshee, during the campaign if you wanted to use a vehical that can fly. To finish this off, The death of Cortana was really painful for me to watch, after playing the horrible gameplay, crappy multiplayer, spartan ops, the intire Halo series, this is how 343 is going to finish the game off?!?!? now that is just a kick in the balls after playing such a horrible game.

PS: I am a loyal fan of the Halo series, but Halo 4 will never be forgiven by me.

Thank you for reading my opinion, please feel free to comment on this post.

In this game, 343 showed the human part of master chief. HE is not a machine! I’m glad he talked… his voice is amazing

In regards to the flying vehicles, I believe you missed two missions of the Campaign where you specifically flew a Pelican and a Broadsword.

i sort of disagreed

I dont agree with you

The campaign was pretty good though I enjoyed some of the other games more. Multiplayer has every potential to being a real gem once 343 clears the garbage off of it.

I also thought the multiplier “ranks” where really cheap and silly, I actually felt like a was playing a Call of Duty game during the second week of gameplay. Also the Spartan Ops is just an excuse to make Halo 4 seem “NEW” and “BETTER” from the rest of the Halo’s. I must say, if Bungie had made Halo 4, things would have been so much better, for example the soundtrack and the ranking system in the multiplier.

I gonna have to disagree with you. Halo 4 does not suck at all. The Campaign is AMAZING! So is the overall gameplay, multiplayer is great and it can be a lot better once 343i fix the issues that it currently has. Spartan Ops is great idea! I love the idea that it keeps the Halo universe going even after the initial campaign, and how you get five new missions every week. It’s like a whole other campaign which awesome! Look I know Halo 4 has some issues…which I totally agree, but to say that it sucks well you got another thing coming OP!

I hereby disagree with you.

If you don’t like Halo 4, you should not be playing it in the first place.

you’re 3 months too late.

Halo is the home of tea bagging. Didn’t Halo invent tea-bagging, taunting the player they just triumphed over?
Another thing: I’m getting the distinct feeling you’re comparing this game to CoD to fit in with the majority.
The soundtrack is simply signaling that the Forerunners have returned. Just listen to Revival, which I believe doesn’t signify the Chief’s reawakening, but also the Forerunners. Marty o’Donnell made the Covenant vs Humans conflict epic, but Neil Davidge is showing that a conflict much bigger is coming.

And we care… why?

Don’t feed the trolls. Go to a COD post and complain about Halo Sir.

No, it wouldn’t have been better if bungie made it they were done with halo and thanks to 343 (most ex-bungie employees) we have another halo

Couple of the reasons it’s hard to agree with you.

  1. Halo 3 (and consequently halo 2), Reach, and H4 have been extremely easy to just pick up and play.
  2. You and the other 2 people can go complain about those playlists over there, 30 miles away, over that cliff.

I respectfully disagree.

And your title just makes you look like a trolling whiner. Used way too much.

I thought the campaign was great. Truly expressing Spartan Humanity was great. The story was amazing, the Forerunner Trilogy set it up nicely. I will say they didn’t do very good explaining it for those who didn’t read the books, and it seemed rushed as a result.

The multiplayer had flaws, but 343i has recognized them and are fixing them as we speak. Once its fixes they’ll work on updates and expand what we have.

And if you expected Halo 4 to play like past Halos, that is your own fault for misleading yourself. We knew months ahead of launch Halo 4 was puahing Halo to compete with the market, and to do that they were redoing the multiplayer to fit today’s market. Class based. They are working on balance.

And by the way, Bungie gave up on Halo the second they completed Halo 3. Immedietly they started working on something else. There are Destiny teases all over ODST. They used Halo, mainly the last ones, to test things for Destiny. Them doing Halo 4 wouldn’t have been much better, since Destiny is also going class-based. They may have made fewer mistakes at launch, but they have more than 10 years of big gaming experience behind them. This was 343i’s first major project as a studio. The only game they’d made together was a remaster of Anniversary and some Reach maps which were helped by Certain Affinity.

It’s 343s first game they made its a damn good game for a first attempt and they can learn from their mistakes. We as fans had our expectations to high since we’ve waited for halo 4 for so long. 343 did a lot of stuff right with this game. Do you however want halo to become like CoD? If it never changes it becomes the same person in different clothes. Honestly if you don’t like it you have three trilogy games and some spinoffs to go play. As for chief talking, I like it it helps him become more human like in books. The story is nothing short of amazing, Spartan Ops is giving us more of an experience and caters to story junkies and multiplayer guys. Speaking of multiplayer I hardly play it so I
don’t have a say on it. I feel you are just looking at the negative aspects of it and not looking at the positives

Have seen these threads too much. By the way, your spelling sucks!
