Halo 4 story plot

this is what i think halo 4 will be like. first off a little back ground info. first with halo 3 we know that all of the prophets are dead, we know that arbiter and the elites have made some kind of treaty and are kinda allies with humanity, and that cortana and the master chief are floating in space somewhere and that cortana sent a distress call.

with that said this is what i think the plot will be like this… As the master chief you get out off staces and flee the exploding ship fighting you way to get out avoiding explosion and other hazards and you make it out just as the ships crashing to the? ground to oblivion dazed you get up then you hear cortana. she asks say what is that (or something along those lines) the camera backs up behind chief and your see a huge alien structure than it blacks and now it goes to earth after the prophet of truth is killed the covenant are in a form of anarchy for a couple of year (allowing the chief to wake up) but eventually some new form a leader ship is established now under new leader ship the covenant seek to avenge the prophets and seek to destroy the rest of mankind and also the elites so new on earth you plays as ether the arbiter or an odst you try to defend earth after a couple of mission the unsc picks up the distress call from cortana and scene the elites have faster ships the orbiter goes looking for the master chef and so now both the arbiter and chef on the alien would and team up to fight the new evil and somewhere along the way the covenant ether get beat back or try to obtain something on the would the chef is on and thats pretty much how i see the first game being like

again this is just my opinion

now i ask what do you think about both what i said and what you think the story will be like?

Have you read Glasslands? Since that basically disproves your whole theory about the Covenant and all that as well as the fact that 343i has said “no purple” (meaning no Covenant).

And the MC part, you took from the trailer, and 343i said that it wasn’t actually the way the game is going to start.

you have good points no i haven’t read glasslands but i did hear somewhere buinge say not all the books are con meaning dosen’t go with the story(at least the way bungie would have taken it maybe 343 will make all the books con) and i also thought the covenant would’t be in it but some article i read it said after the events in halo 3 the covenat and the flood were just pushed aside but would soon take center stage again but i read it before halo anniversary came out so maybe it was talking about that. again its all just a guess as for it not starting for the trailer i didn’t hear that so… you can change it to where the chief is wondering around a forest until cortana asks what is that.

Bungie said the books are canon, 343 says the same. You are just wrong.

If no official info exists on this site aside from the first trailer, how is some random gaming site supposed to know? Seriously, do you just buy any stupid rumor you find?

Well then I guess your guesses are pretty much wrong.
