Halo 4 stats: problem retrieving stats

Is any1 else having a problem retrieving their HALO 4 stats?
I’am getting this error code: D1D3B377-B15F-48CF-A90E-5DAE4229BA2A
I have been trying to get my stats for two days now but I’m getting
the same error…
Any suggestions?

I have been getting the same problem only I have had the problem for weeks now and I can’t see my stats :frowning:

I’ve been getting the error for a couple of days now when I try to view them in google chrome. It always used to work fine, but now I get the error code.

For now I’ve gone back to using internet explorer. That works fine at the moment.

Have you tried a different web browser?

No I haven’t use any other browser besides Chrome but thanks for the heads up

ITS TIME2 KA which browser are you using and do you see the error on any other browsers? Also have you tried clearing your cache & history as well as updating your browser?

I deleted my cache and history on Google Chrome and still it gives me the error.For now I am using IE to see my H4 stats

I played a CTF game at complex today and went 57-2 with a 33 spree and 98 medals. I went to check my bests and halowaypoint blacked out the game and said did not finish. Wow real cool even tho I have the full game in my file share
