I have recently uploaded some screen shots to my online file share but I cant seem to access them I think there is a problem with the website because when I click on the more stats button it tells me to retype Microsoft account in and then it still does not let me view my stats and file share. I am not the only one that is experiencing these issues and if anyone can view there file share please shed some light on this issue.
Might just have been a temporary issue, I tried there and was able to get to your file share. Try this link and see if it works for you 
its saying that it has a problem verifying my identity which it asks for my Microsoft account name and password and then I put it in and it still doesn’t work which is a big let down, but thanks for trying
I have the same thing for Halo 4 ’ more stats ', on my Chrome and Firefox browsers. Error message, could not find what you’re looking for, Silentium awaits etc

Looks like there are some problems with Xbox Live right now, that’s having a knock on effect to Waypoint (as they hook into some of those services). Should be back up soon hopefully http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-live-status
