I received the code for the specializations on December 4th, then again on the 8th, but I didn’t get a chance to log on to Xbox Live until around now. I’m trying to redeem the code, but it says it’s invalid. I never used the code and no one got onto my account and used it. I read the Official Specializations E-Mail thread, but I’m unable to access the e-mail for my Xbox account right now. I called up Xbox Live Support Center and they told me to check that thread.
Is it possible I can possibly receive a new code for the specializations, or if there’s a way to activate the code I was given again for me to redeem?
