When will the rest of the specializations be unlocked for everyone?

It would be one thing if it was just customization options, but the perks that come w/ specializations adds an unfair advantage in game…
people are SR70 and cant go on so its going to be boring to play without ranking up to SR130 so hoping they release to everyone soon.!

Yeap, agreed. Just glad I didn’t do the solo legendary campaign yet, feel like it’s going to be a minute before they release the specializations to all. Kind of worthless to keep playing matchmaking and waste all the commendation XP.
