Hi, I was sent here by a tech support guy from xbox.com. Apparently, when I redeemed my code for the specializations that came with my game, my xbox decided to redeem it toward another account of mine that no longer has a gold membership. I don’t know why it did this because this is the only code that didn’t save toward my normal gamertag, and I did all of the codes at the same time and all on the same account. I recently got a message from xbox live saying I haven’t redeemed my code, so I tried the code they gave me, and it said it has already been redeemed, so I tried to redownload the content, but it wasn’t in my download history. The xbox.com tech support guy told me to check the download histories of my other accounts, and there it was. Only the download for the specializations saved there and none of the others. So I was wondering, does any one know if there were any possible way that I would be able to transfer the content or perhaps request a new code? Any help on this matter is appreciated.
I have a problem with specializations also. I redeemed it on my old xbox, which got red ring, I got a new xbox, transferred everything from my old hard drive to the new one, but the specializations aren’t unlocked on my new one?
Any help?

You’ll have to perform a License Transfer.

That should help you understand why the Specializations aren’t on your new console and how to make them appear.
