i never got the email and ive been playing it online since the november the 9th and im maxed out at level 70
Same. It sucks. I like how 343 posted that everyone got emails or messages well clearly a bunch of people never got the codes.

At the current time though, Xbox Support has said they cannot do anything further regarding this.
343 has stated, through numerous threads, that all eligible people have been contacted and given the codes through various methods.
Best to just wait it out till they are released naturally.
