I first pre-order Halo 4 and picked it up the day after it launched, I’ve played it just about everyday since. I meet all the requirement to get the specialization codes in the email and never received them. So I found a limited edition Halo 4 and bought it, entered the code which included the specializations,different weapon skins, armor, and the map pack. Everything worked except the specializations. I called xbox support and was on the phone with them for over an hour and did everything they said and nothing worked. What do I do now?
