Halo 4 Specialization email my failure.

I just recently found out that I cannot get my specialization e-mail because i had my opt-out partner marketing e-mail turned on. I didn’t realize this was a default on my profile and because of it i now missed out on 60 levels of specialization and I have been just sitting at 70 waiting for the specializations. Although i want to blame x-box for making it a default and no one ever mentioning it until it was to late its no ones fault but my own.

With that said is there any way that 343 can send out the e-mail to those of use that missed the offer because of our own miss information or something. I’m an avid halo player and I haven’t enjoyed a halo this much since halo 2. I’d hate to lose interest because I can’t rank up to the maximum because of such a small error on my part. And I think I’m speaking for a lot of people when I say this.

Emails were sent to both opt-in and opt-out accounts. If you didnt receive your code yet, all you (along with me and everyone else) is wait.

Yep, the problem is on your end, not theirs. They haven’t admitted that there’s a problem yet, though. Just check your spam folders and whatnot, is what they say.
