when the specialization codes were released i got a code but it did not work. i think the email was deleted as spam and i didn’t see the dashboard notification.
i talked to customer support for more than an hour and they sent me to this forum. i think i need a new code or something that allows me to get all the specializations.

Just gp over the code again. You’re probably mistaking a “B” for an “8” or a “G” for a “6”
I don’t think they will send another mail again…
Consider that, according to the last Bulletin, starting 21st of this month, specializations will be released to all players, with a frequency of 2 per week.
You only need some patience a little more…

Or you can wait till the 21th when the specializations are released
