I have played halo 4 before nov.20 and have recieved the code with an xbox live message. When i tried to use this code it did not work and I have no idea how to resolve this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
What do you mean it doesn’t work? Does it say its been already redeemed? We need more info.

same is happening to me im pretty ticked off too cuz i preordered and played thru nov, got a code and GUESS WHAT it doesnt work!
upon redeeming the code it said this code gives you .
Did you guys tried to contact Xbox Live Support? They said they would send new codes if these didn’t worked.
Hey, I played halo before nov 20th, I am over the age of 17 and I live in canada but i did not receive the codes for the specializations and now that i am close to level 70 i will not be able to rank anymore because i didnt receive my specializations, just wondering if there was anyway to get my specialization code that i did not receive.

Yeah im having the same problem. last week I recieved a code that was invalid and I tried it about 4 times but it still didn’t, so I deleted it and asked for another one. Now today I recieved another Xbox live message with a code that was also invalid and its staring to get on my nerves not that it really means too much to me to get the specializations early but I is there anyway to get a valid code or just not get the message at all?
Same issue here. My girlfriend and I have seperate accounts. We both got the email, we both got codes, but both were invalid. Does anyone know if 343 is handling this issue? Most of the attention has been going towards those who didn’t get one at all.
