My email where I was supposed to receive the code was deactivated. I just activated it. However, weren’t the codes supposed to already have come? Is there any way I could get it resent to me?

I bought the LE version and I use to be able to see all of the specializations. Now they are all gone except two of them. 343 has really made this more difficult than it needs to be.
Why haven’t I recieved the code yet. I play Halo 4 since the day it came out. 343i should have just released the game with all of the specializations. I am really upset.
