Halo 4 Specialization code still missing

Hi, I’ve been following the whole early access to specialization codes promotion stuff, and even though it’s been said that all codes have been sent, and reminders were sent to everyone eligible via the Xbox message center, I still have not received mine.

I’ve triple check all the criteria and I fit into all of it. I’m over 18, I live in the US and I played online everyday between the 6th and the 20th of November. I actually thought you had to reach SR 50 before the 20th to qualify and so I ended up playing probably more than I should have, and reached it on the 19th to guarantee that I would get my code.

All of my friends have the codes already, and I’m still missing mine. My first game was played online on November 6th at 1:39 in the morning eastern time.

Please help me and get me the code, or at least tell me why I’m not eligible, if there’s something I overlooked that makes me not able to receive it I’m fine with that, but for all I can tell, this is simply a oversight that should be easy to fix.

I forgot to mention, I have checked all my emails, all my spam folders, and my Xbox live messages every day since the 29th of November, so I couldn’t have simply missed it, or deleted it by accident.

I’ve tried PMing this same info to bsangel and rukizzel and posting on both the Xbox Live forums and in these, and have received exactly zilch in the way of help or attention even.

To top it all off, I just received an email from Xbox, promoting Smartglass, proving that my email was and is still legitimate.

How old were you when you started your Xbox Live account?

I don’t exactly recall, definitely over 17, why would that matter?

The specialisation codes have been distributed. You have to wait for them to be distributed globally like everyone else.
