So I’m sitting here with my XP capped off @ 70, no longer able to access new specializations, and meanwhile I have 35 or 40 Mountain Dew caps that mean absolutely nothing because it has been decided to Cap XP earnings while at the same time running a Double XP promotion…HMMMMMMMMM!!!
