Halo 4 specialization code invalid!!!!

I received a specialization code today via xbox live message center and the code is invalid!!! i called support and was told to come to the halo forums and post on a thread explaining my issue and that someone would issue me a new code. my gamertag is Mayniac and yes i meet all requirements for the specialization early access code. thanks!

same here, i got a message said it was from “live” and the code was invalid, and i called xbox support and they said to come here, i feel that they should have record of messages sent to see who all got the messages,

when i called xbox support they typed the code in and said it was invalid to, i would like a new code for the fact u got my hopes up, then let me down.

I meet all the requirements, im tired of not having my specializations, whats the point in playing the game still? ive loved every halo thats came out, would hope to quit supporting it because the new ppl cant handle satisfying there customers

Same here it also says my code is invalid which I received today! This service is horrible.

Same issue. Received the code but was invalid. It’s sad that I need to stop progressing, not sure what you thought it would accomplish. Anyways, I meet all criteria and would enjoy some kind of feedback.

yea my code was invalid to and iv been talking to the xbox support guys heaps but they never hepl me they say post on a forum to get a new one but the forum is closed wtf!!! i dont even want to play it now because im level 70 and pretty much have a xp ban now

same here except xbox live told me my code was redeemed by a gamer tag not on my xbox. I got jacked?

i recieved a code also and am talking to customer support and they told me to post here. It even told me i redeemed the priorty alpha and i have redownloaded my account checked my history redownloaded the it and still nothing

I’m also having this problem and yes, xbox support sent me here as well. but i didn’t even get an email or a message on my account. not getting credit for my games played is getting frustrating

Why isn’t it allowed?
Use your brain. It’s free stuff.
And also, why would you even think it’s a valid code? The first character for each segment is 9.

Dude, sorry to say this, but the code worked for my friend.

He now has all Specializations.
