Each time i go to view my Halo 4 stats, my spartan looks like a Red Recruit. Im lvl 24 and is white. Why can this happen, is there anyway to fix it and my true armor show up?

I’m guessing its a glitch. A few of use experienced the same issue, even with our Avatars. Let one of the admins know so they can perhaps resolve the issue.
Change an armor piece, and then exit out of the start menu. You should get a “saving” message. Now change it back. You should get another “saving” message. It should update then.
I already changed my armor( from helmet to legs), the color and also the emblem but it is still the same. The weird did is i don´t have this problem with my halo reach spartan. How can i communicate with an admis so i can resolve this problem?

Do you have a MS or Xbox certified Hard Drive?
A red recruit is the default Spartan skin. If your avatar is displaying like that, then that means there’s a problem connecting to your stats and the 343i database.
Unless the problem persists for more than a week or so, there’s no issue. It’ll fix itself shortly.
