On Xbox One, the game crashes and sends me to the console home menu whenever I do the following:
From the main menu, select Campaigns, Halo 4, Spartan Ops, and try to select any episode.
The menu should then allow me to select a chapter in the selected episode, but it crashes instead.
I am still able to launch the first chapter of each episode by using RB to skip the chapter selection, the issue only appears when trying to select a specific chapter.
