Basically what the title says every time I complete a spartan ops and I go back to the menu it still says I haven’t completed the spartan ops level. This has only started happening after season 7.
I’ve experienced the same issue. Although frustrating I found it doesn’t affect achievement progress, hopefully it is fixed at some point.

i think its bugged atm its happening to me too
Yeah, this happened to me. Did the same mission twice on Legendary yet both times didn’t register. Most likely to do with the recent problems this game is having.
I confirm, I already had to erase my progress in heroic to solve a MCC achievement bug and had therefore started again but in legendary … and now arrived at chapter 3 the progression is now not saved whatever the difficulty… 8’s
This is not the worst actual active issue in MCC but by the prophets I will never be able to finish those missions! lol
I have the same problem. I’ve been stressing myself completing a Spartan ops mission on legendary over and over and it doesn’t save my progress.

Thank goodness because I’m currently going through them on legendary for the achievement and I’d hate for it to suddenly stop working. I’m up to the beginning of episode 7 and I’ve hated every second of it. I noticed though that it only ever says that it’s been completed on easy in the lobby yet my legendary achievement counter is climbing. Strange.

Same here, Galileo and Spartan Mountain on Catherine does not update difficulty completed status.
Same here. I was going to run through on legendary, but alas, no joy there… Any updates on this?? At all??
Same for me, Episode 9 Chapter 5, The Hammer. I have completed it twice solo Legendary with no success on the menu screen. Though each time I have completed it, the Challenger Tracker has popped (for completing missions or whatever) So something in the game is tracking it correctly, just not the visual on the menu.
It seems as if they have not acknowledged this bug yet. Hopefully it is secretly being fixed for Season 8. 
Yeah I have this bug to! Spartan Mountain won’t register my progress. Trying to do All spartan ops on legendary for the achievement.
Dealing with this bug as well for awhile now, and it also seems to be stopping me from getting the achievement for completing episodes as I believe I completed all the chapters of episode two but didn’t get the achievement. Of course I can’t actually see which chapters I’ve completed because of the bug so maybe I just missed one.

Still fighting this bug in October been fighting it since Season 7 Dropped.
Having the same issues with Hacksaw. Hopefully they will see that this is an issue for multiple people and look into it.

A few days ago I completed Season 1 - Episode 1 - Chapters 1 & 2 on solo legendary
Both are still showing as unplayed in the game :’(
