Hi THEMATT3RKILL3R,
If you could please answer some questions, it would assist us in our investigation.
- Are you able to change your armor back after it has been changed?
- Has this only happened one time? If yes, which mission were you and your friend playing?
This seems like the same issue as this thread. If so, it’s a known issue that almost surely won’t be fixed.

Yup. I just checked his Halo 4 Spartan, and it has Ricochet Shoulders, meaning he is using Champions Bundle armor.
Sadly, OP, nothing from the Champions Bundle or its accompanying Title Update will transfer over. This includes Champions Bundle weapon skins, armor, and the three perks. Sadly, if they were to integrate it into Spartan Ops, it would cause so much data to load at once that the framerate would drop, and it may even freeze the console. As a result, all of the Champions Bundle equipment is replaced with Recruit if it’s armor, non-skinned weapons if it’s weapon skins, and nothing if it’s perks. You’ll have to modify a loadout with on-disc equipment, and change your armor to non-Champions Bundle stuff in order for it to show up in Spartan Ops. Sorry, OP.
Hi THEMATT3RKILL3R,
As Cizlin stated, due to the expansive sandbox featured in Spartan Ops missions, we have less flexibility to use additional memory for new content such as the Champions Bundle.
