I doubt it. Although if you skip to 19.50sec. you’ll hear something more legitimate. I cannot stop listening to it even though it’s only 20 seconds long, but its sounds really really good.

It’s from the Halo Wars OST. I posted a link last night but I am just not interested in finding it again. Can’t remember the name.
