HMCC : Halo 4 SP Campaign Mission (Shutdown) wont load my Xbox One makes a loud noise then sends me to menus I’m unable to start playing the mission… need help on what I can do to make this broken game work?

This happens with other Halo 4 missions as well. The bar on the loading screen goes until the end, then you get a static noise and the game crashes. This has been an issue since day 1.

I TOO HAVE ENCOUNTERED THIS TRY LOADING OUT OF MISSION SELECT AND NOT LAST CHECKPOINT ITS REALLY ANNOYING I ACTUALLY GOT A BLACKSCREEN AND THE TOP LEFT CORNER IN SMALL RED TEXT IT SAYS UNABLE TO LOAD BUILD OR SOMETHING ALONG THOSE LINES … CAN YOU SAY CODE MESS … THIS IS ON THE MISSION WHERE U RIDE THE HUGE TANK LIKE VEHICLE I FORGET WHAT ITS CALLED AND U GOTTA SHUTDOWN ENERGY TOWERS OR SUMTHN LIKE THAT

Why has 343 Industries not fixed this bug yet? and why did they stop compensating people when the game is still broken?
