Halo 4 Soundtrack Copyright Question?

I would like to use about 10-15 seconds of a song off a track from the Halo 4 soundtrack at the end of all my YouTube videos, (use it in my YouTube video outros).

But I don’t want to get any copyright infridgment strikes on my YouTube account, does anyone know if we’re allowed or have permission from 343 to use the games soundtrack in personally made videos? AND monetize the videos? (Make money off the videos/advertisements on the videos)

What about Halo 3? If I recall correctly, people would use Halo 3 OST songs in their Machininas and still monetize them.

Okay I saw this part about individual tracks.

“Use of individual vehicles, tracks, or other brands and logos in these games may require permission from their manufacturer or owner.
For other Microsoft Studios games, you’ll want to look on the games’ community website to see if there’s a link to these Rules. If there is, then these Rules apply.”

So 343i doesn’t let us use the games tracks? Cause that’s what it sounds like you’re saying, I couldn’t seem to find any answers to my question after a whole lot of Google searches and searches through the forums.

So if that’s the case, how can I ask 343i for a free commercial license to use on my Halo videos?

I don’t know if they’d let me use it for free, but it’s worth a try asking.

How do you even download the songs, and how can youtubers like HaloFollower use songs from all of the Halo games and still have them monetized?
