I love his enthusiasm to make a game that doesn’t feature repeating sounds. I know this video isn’t about Halo 4 but it is the man behind the sounds of Halo 4. Between this and Frankie describing the way a certain gun sounds I’m really excited for the games sound effects. Give us a sound clip 343!
I feel that it is too early to call.
ti ti ti ti ti -Yoink!- ci -Yoink!- chi -Yoink!- Wow halo 4 sounds good

I’ve watched the panel at least 3 full times now and they have the audio vid seperate on waypoint. I’ve watched it a good 15+ times.
I can’t wait to hear some of these sounds put to use in the final game.
He seems to know his stuff. I’m looking forward to seeing what he produces. He certainly is stepping into some pretty big shoes.

Not really, Halo 3 sound effects where pretty poor and Reach was about average. This guy did MGS4 Sound Effects and those where amazing.
If you are talking about music then yes whoever the new composer is has big shoes to fill.
I wanna hear some dolby digital THX that would make george lucas cream in his pants…

I believe he is that as well.
From what I’ve heard, he sounds good (pun intended).
It’s going to take a lot to measure up to MartyTheElder though.

He might compose a few songs but his main role is audio director. The main composer is yet to be revealed.

Kiki and Frank have both been in “listening sessions” hearing and approving the Halo 4 soundtrack from the soon-to-be-revealed composer.

Yeah, when I seen that I was like. What?! I thought that they made it pretty clear that Tojima was going to be doing the new Marty. haha I guess I was wrong.
Before it is said I understand that Audio Director does not mean composer.
