I went to play some campaign today, I have played all the way through it twice, highest difficulty level being Heroic. Anyways, I can’t select a level to play! The only option is the prologue, as if I have not played through the game before. I should be able to jump in where I want to. What’s up? Is there any way to fix this other than replaying the whole game?

You probably selected the wrong memory device, signed in as a different user, you are not signed in, or you or someone accidentally/purposely deleted your Halo 4 save.
