I noticed this on my 13th look at halo 4.

Sniper?

It isn’t really helpful as we don’t see much.

EDIT: The Jetpack in question, looks like a weapon on his/her back.

H4 Master Chief’s back armor does sort of resemble a Jetpack. (Which freaked me out at first). Hopefully it’s just that.
