Have they mentioned when the skill ranks will be live? I just want to know a date. And did they say if they are changing it from waypoint to ingame? I read the latest bulletin and didn’t see anything on the subject.
edit: The bulletin says a title update in Feb. but does not mention anything about the rankings system.

I read all the bulletins regularly, and frequent this forum semi-regularly, and have heard nothing new on the subject. As it stands, they will likely be implemented on or near the February title update, and I am fairly certain they will not be made visible in game unless 343i has had a serious change of heart since they last addressed the subject.

The implementation of ranks/CSR is not known to anyone but 343.
So, no one really knows when it will implemented. However, the next title update is coming in February.
