I think it looks and sounds awesome. My only nitpick is no LED’s D:

“Shoutgun” lol and yeah is it just me that thinks allot of the weapons sound like they have silencers.

It sounds deadly. Shout gun! I’m okay with it having no beta decay light sights. Although beta decay light sights are good.
It is pretty odd to have a weapon that yells at the enemy, but it is effective. I’m not sure it is considered a leak or not if 343 hasn’t formally announced the weapon. Halo has always been known to have unique weapons anyway.
