By creating a divide between those who own a copy of Halo 4 and those who don’t, you are essentially creating bragging and discrimination from those who are rich enough to afford it. Forget skill and all that crap, wealth is the core issue.
Additionally, things such as selling copies of the game illegally can happen, which is something 343 does not approve of.
Furthermore, by having Halo 4 in existence, this opens the possibility of cheating, boosting and foul-play from the 0.1% of players who do this.
I’d like to end my case by saying that if Halo 4 does not exist, this 100% guarantees the removal of all of the issues 343 had with previous Halo games.
I think we can all agree this would be a much more enjoyable experience if all these bad things went away.
Obviously this a joke. If I am guessing correctly, he is making fun of 343’s reasons for not wanting a ranking system. Such as cheating, boosting… etc.
