Hi,
I have some issues with Halo 4 cinema mode, sharing map files, and menu images. In fact I can’t access my friend’s shared files for forge maps even if I am part of the construction. Also, I can’t access cinema mode and every time I try, there is the padlock sign. Finally, when I’m on the menu for any Infinity modes like Spartan Ops or Infinity Slayer I am unable to see the images. I called Xbox customer service and they said I could find help from specialists here. They also gave me this service request number : 1222001619.

Do you have a gold subscription to Xbox Live? Theatre mode, Spartan Ops, file sharing and online matchmaking all require a gold membership to use.
If you do have gold, did you install disc 2 to your hard drive?
If yes try clearing your console’s memory cache, removing the installed game then reinstalling. Then load up the game to see if it works.
If it still doesn’t work, your best bet is to contact Xbox customer support again. They did the wrong thing telling you to come here since this forum is only really used by other players like yourself to discuss thing related to Halo. 343 barely ever looks at these forums to give you any assistance (which is actually the job of Xbox customer support).
