ok so i go and try and play halo 4 the other day when it disconected me i was like weird…so i check my router all that nothin no problem so i go and try playing again kicks me off again keeps sayin i have lost connection all kinds of stuff so i tried with a diff account same x box it works so y am i gettin kicked from the servers??? i talked to xbox directly and they said it is the halo servers that i am getting kicked from not them so i needed to contact yall so here i am please someone help all i want to do is get back to being able to play with my friends
Can you please provide the exact steps and any messaging you get when this happens?
