Halo 4 Servers where shutdown on Xbox 360 for me and other people yesterday 4/29/2016 at 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM I can’t remember what time it was, but if someone can give me the answer why Halo 4 Xbox 360 Servers where shutdown I would be grateful for your help.
Servers won’t have been shut down, likely there are just some matchmaking issues at the moment
It says I’m a SR1 RCT,SR35 and SR 130 at the same time. I also can’t connect to people that I should be able to. Been this way since 11pm est last night

have the same problem here. read forum, when the servers come back up, how long will we be banned for?
Servers will not be shutdown, the issue is that they just fixed the war games challenges which disrupted the halo 4 servers and that’s why myself and others like me are SR1.
That doesn’t answer the question, though. Regardless of the reason, there are hundreds of people right now who can’t enjoy regular matchmaking or access the achievements they have unlocked. How long until this is fixed? It has been two days now.
I think the big problem is that matchmaking is not working for a lot of people and I think we just want to know when it will be fixed. Would also be great to know what the issue is exactly did “fixing” challenges break matchmaking??
They are not being shutdown. They’re just under maintenance procedure. Still, it worked perfectly fine for me the last couple of days.
That’s a very long maintenance procedure and kinda inconveniences us, the fans and lets not forget paying customers.
I was excited to see challenges back but since the servers are offline my game doesn’t see any challenges still argh!
Why won’t Xbox Support or 343i fix this? Do we have to wait until Tuesday when they’re back in the office??
I wanted to get some challenges done for the achievement and can’t.
Yeah I am getting the same problem, started last night when I tried to shoot a machinima. I got everything ready but then it would not let me use my characters, the only people I could use were black recruits

I don’t think the servers are shut down. I think they are either working on fixing the challenges or possibly an update. I’m pretty sure the servers will be up soon and I really hope they are

Soon, that’s what I’ve researched.
The servers are down for me again I think it is a sign they are getting ready to completely shut them down

Considered Reach is still going and has been made backwards compatible, I don’t see the Halo 4 servers going anywhere. If they were an announcement would have been made to say
