Please help
I can not connect with friends & friends can not connect with me.

I have an error message that says
“The halo 4 servers are not available. Please try again later.
Matchmaking has switchd to using the default playlist.”

I have tried uninstalling an reinstalling waypoint, war-games, and spartan ops season 1.
as well as restart my router and modem. my other games like cod work fine please help!
I am aware you guys fixed this issue on the 6th, but i did not have this issue that day. I can also find matches but there
is rufly only about 2,000 players in total playing the game and 6 playlist. the other playlists disappeared.

I’m having trouble as well. Was playing fine with friends earlier, but now I can’t join their lobby and it is saying the servers are down for war games and spartan ops. My challenges for the day, week, and month have all reset as well.

Yeah, I was playing with a group and now we’re unable to do any matchmaking. We can’t do campaign either, or custom games/forge/spops.

Check your NAT type. If it isn’t open you have a problem.

Same problem. NAT is open. Roommate’s Xbox on the same internet connection works just fine though.

yup still having this problem. been going on for last 12 hours. thanks 343 for the help

was in a party of 8 then only i was kicked out. play lists disappeared. now my whole party got off and called it a night -____- you serious…

I’m experiencing the same problem right now, I can’t join my friends in any of their games, and they can’t join me, it also says that the matchmaking servers are unavailable, and my other friends are able to play just fine, and for each play list, there are less than 200 people for Infinity Slayer, and the rest only have less than 90 people, so is this a common problem amongst players? If so, how soon will 343 try and resolve this problem?

i would like to see the situation resolved as i have been on the default server for over 24 hours and now its starting to get very anoying
