Good day all, I am sure many of you are experiencing the same problem I was where after every game you would get the halo 4 servers are unavailable error. Many times This was happening to me mid game where I would spawn with one of the 2 default load-outs, DMR or AR… instead of my load-out that was equipt with shiny new skins for our guns.
Anyway, what I decided to do was power down all devices wirelessly connected to my network including my xbox 360… (All iPods and iPhones!!!) I removed the power cord from my wireless modem for 30 seconds, after thirty seconds I plugged it back in. Another 30 seconds later I turned my xbox on.
Go to test your xbox live connection and if everything turns out alright you should be able to boot halo up and hop into a game in under a minute.
I have just enjoyed a dozen games un-interrupted after doing this so I hope it works for others out there as well.

Absolutely. The first step in troubleshooting network issues is to check your network equipment.
I would also like to clarify that the xbox was the first thing to be reconnected to the network after that power cycle. I was -Yoink!- and moaning all day yesterday because i couldn’t play then this morning hits me to reset my router… DUHHHHH
