I haven’t been able to connect to the halo 4 server for about 14 hours now. I’ve been on the phone with a microsoft rep for a total of 3 hours now. They have literally tried everything from deleting and downloading my profile to re downloading the system updates…but still no luck 
all I really wanna do is play halo man…PLEASE HELP!!

I’m having the same problem: no spartan ops, matchmaking acting funky, and I’m Rank 1 for some reason. Just know that you are not alone! I just wish they would publicly acknowledge the issue.

We have waited long enough this is bs its been days for me i hope they plan on paying for my gold membership. i first i was patient but now this is getting absurd at least tell us something
I have been unable to join the normal servers for 4 day. It’s a server not a baby. Buy a dedicated server n fix your screw ups. It’s not that hard. I should just go back to black ops 2 since they know how to run servers the right way. I can see 343 losing a butt ton of fans due to this. FIX IT.
