Is anybody else having a problem with the Halo 4 servers on 360 where they periodically derank you to lvl 1 & lose your loadouts mid game ?

Yeah same here. Just give it some time. This happened to me the other day for about 10 minutes. -Yoink- happens, servers screw up, life goes on (usually).
Same here as well. I’m playing Regicide until then lol.
Looks like it has subsided for me (then again it is kinda inconsistent :/).
From what I’ve heard, some people tried to play Halo 4 from Xbox One with people from 360 and it crashed the server.
They’re working on it, just give it time until tomorrow.
I’m stuck in the back up servers still but some of my friends said they are playing on the main servers… Ugh… 
I didn’t buy this game to only play basic playlist… And to not be able to rank up…

Ohhhhh I totally forgot about the backwards compatibility BS… Here I thought it was just some random over the top maintenance.
THE STUPID SERVERS HAVE BEEN SCREWED UP FOR SO LONG TODAY!!! WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE HALO SERVERS?!?!?!
It’s fixed now. When the servers were down, I couldn’t even look at my service record here on the waypoint.
Now I can, which means it’s fixed.
I still have this issue. Not only the derank to sr 1 but also unable to play on any playlist online nor private game with friends. It’s been a week now. Please fix it 343 !!!

I don’t know if this is the place to post something like this. I never use forums. I dug out my 360 and started playing 4 again a couple days ago. I get temp banned every single day. Never says why. Or for how long. Ive let my 5 year old brother play as the guest. He rarely gets kills. Ever. Could that be the reason for my bans? I never play custom games. Just matchmaking stuff. Is there an EXP cap? Or is it because he plays with me and never kills anyone?

Okay, guys. This is weird. Because in my end the servers are just fine. In fact, I just finished playing a lot of matches 3 minutes ago.

Canada n still server not up , default playlist only and no spatyan opps n my St reset to 0… after trouble shooting it doesn’t even show when I press start lime itz completely gone
Then maybe there’s a problem with your Halo 4 disc. I can’t help you anymore with it. So I suggest you go to the Xbox support page. Maybe they’ll have the anwser.

Thanks man I’m on my old account n still down and I have two copies of halo 4 tried both reinstalled a few times call Xbox they say its a issuewith the halo 4 server , troubleshooting now out live on my old account , at least I’m at sr 68 now Cruz my St evorydo15 account was level 30 and went back to level 0 on me. And began getting xp for it only after it reset completely,. Now I’m at Sr 2 on that account land even when I got to spartan hub its zero now
