Halo 4 Server Issues Still Need to Be Addressed

Apparently last week there was some much needed maintenance work done on Halo Reach, Halo 3 and other legacy titles. However, Halo 4 is still experiencing crippling issues that have persisted for almost a year now, and possibly longer. Whenever we and my friends queue up with a local party (i.e., 2 or more players on the same console), we’re randomly kicked from the matchmaking queue with the message “You have lost your connection to Xbox Live.” This is happening to all of us, some of whom are in different countries. This will happen repeatedly and it can take sometimes up to 30 minutes of exiting to dashboard and reloading the game to get into a single match. How has this not been addressed? Again, we’ve been dealing with this for months now and we had hoped it would be resolved with last week’s maintenance, but that does not appear to be the case.

If 343 is monitoring these forums, could we get some direct feedback on an ETA for when these server/matchmaking issues will be resolved?

Thanks

Please 343, give us all halo 4 users a reasonable feedback about what is really happening with servers. I think users deserves at least a minimal explanation about those server issues with Halo 4.

Yes agreed I was hopeful when last weeks servor maintenance was announced and was hoping H4 not being mentioned was a typo. But nope still very very bad.
Reach since the maintenance has certainly improved, I can’t comment on H3 as I haven’t tried it as yet. Here’s hoping H4 servor are also given some love as well they certainly need it.

Definitely needs it. At the very least, I would like to get a response from 343 acknowledging the issue and what their plan and timeline are for resolving it.

They are not going to adress this problem sadly ._.
