I got onto halo 4 today, been a long tim since i played, but it seems that barly anyone plays anymore, and the connection is gone, one question, has 343 given up at halo 4 and just abandoned it to rot?
Last I played, only a few playlists are popular and usually only at certain times during the day. All the 360 games have been having some issues lately so anything you’re seeing not working right is probably related to that.
Halo 4, as we used to know it, on 360, is dead. 40 ppl in big team this morning. Last year, it was 300-400. People have moved on to the Xbox one. Not only that, but the 360 halo games are becoming more and more worse in terms of connection.if I had to guess, its only gonna get worse. Being lagged out of games, being put in games only to have a black screen for a few minutes before you lag has gotten annoying. I’m gonna play my 360 online until Xbox kills the servers though. Reach seems to be the only playable one online as it has the most population. To sum it all up, don’t expect things to get better on 360. Its only a matter of time before microsoft pulls the plug. Enjoy it while you can. Also, it should be noted that is getting more difficult for 343 to keep looking after the classic Halos. Hope that answers your question.
Halo 4 is dead, the population for that game is lower than 100. It was like 300-400 back in 2018.
Sadly, it is true. Halo 4 is one of my favorite games. Seeing it so low in population is a shame. This has regretfully become a fact since the incident of last year, when the servers suffered technical issues for three weeks and people didn’t take long to abandon the game.
So now, I play the campaign or Spartan Ops. Enjoying them as much as I used to enjoy the MP. And watch my best saved matches on Theater.
The servers are still there but Mostly all of the player base is gone from when I have been playing it I had to wait two hours to find a single btb game, and yes the connection is gone to hell since 2017
