I prefer the boltshot as a secondary weapon (say what you will but it is the best choice available) and was wondering if anyone knew how many shots to the head it would take to kill and opponent vs the magnum? Charging it all the time is not the answer but I have yet to find myself in a situation that would allow me to accurately ascertain the stopping power of the boltshot on an opponent without charging. Does anyone know?
sign in as a guest with a second controller and go into forge to test weapons damage/ range. I know boltshot is 1sk to the head against enemy with no shields, which makes it really good for clean up kills.
It’s 11 bolts to kill a fully shielded enemy. With headshot.
I do commendations. For the magnum it won’t be a problem for me to max that out. I’m getting kills with the bolt shot but the the plasma pistol I have no clue how I’m gonna max that out.
You know that is a great idea…I never thought of going in with two controllers I’m so noob.
